APPLE NUT ICE CREAM 
1 qt. evaporated milk
2 cans condensed milk
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. applesauce
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients together. Pour into 1-gallon freezer. Cover. Freeze with ice-salt mixture in proportions recommended on the freezer. When ice cream is frozen, pour off brine. Remove dasher and pack with ice and salt or place in freezer compartment for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
