CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can Milnot, chilled (evaporated milk)

Mix Jello and water; cool until syrupy. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. Beat milk until stiff. Add cheese mixture, then Jello. Keep on beating until fluffy. Crush 24 graham crackers. Mix well with 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. Save 1/4 cup crumb mixture for top.

Pat remainder in bottom of pan. Pour on cheese mixture and sprinkle top with graham crackers.
