VERY GOOD CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tall can chilled Milnot, whipped
1/2 lb. graham crackers, rolled fine
1/2 c. butter, melted

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add lemon juice and set aside to cool. Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add gelatin mixture and mix well. Fold in whipped Milnot and mix together. Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs and place 2/3 of mixture in bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill several hours before serving.
