CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
30 graham crackers, rolled
1 stick butter
1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. Pet Milk, chilled

Dissolve lemon Jell-O and 1 c. HOT water. Let stand.

Mix together rolled graham crackers and 1 stick melted butter. Press 1/2 of mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix together Philadelphia cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Whip chilled Pet milk until stiff. Add together the Jell-O mixture, cream cheese mixture and whipped milk. Pour onto the graham crust. Chill for 4 hours. Sprinkle remaining graham crackers on top. Can serve with cherries or strawberries, if desired.
