APPLE PIE 
4 c. sliced apples
Sprinkle of cinnamon or substitute
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch or tapioca
1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can apple juice concentrate

Heat apple juice concentrate in saucepan. Add sliced apple, cover and simmer. Stir in cornstarch which has been blended with a little water, or tapioca. Fill pastry shell with apples. Moisten edge of crust and put on top crust. Flute edge by pinching firmly. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then 1 hour at 325 degrees.
