CHEESE FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Wash cauliflower, remove leaves and cut out base. Cook covered in boiled water 12-15 minutes or until desired tenderness; drain. Place in a shallow ungreased baking dish. Combine mayonnaise and mustard, sprinkle over cauliflower. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley if desired.
