CHEESE CAKES 
24 vanilla wafer cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 lg, or 3 sm. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling

Put vanilla wafer on bottom of each cupcake paper, then top with cheese batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until top cracks. Cool and put filling on top. Makes 24 individual cheese cakes.
