PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. pasta, cooked and drained
Broccoli, blanched 3 to 4 minutes if desired
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Roasted red peppers, drained well and sliced thinly
1/2 red onion, minced very finely
Pitted black olives, cut in half
6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper
Basil

In a jar, shake together well salad oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and basil.
