ITALIAN PASTA SALAD 
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
2 dashes Tabasco
Garlic to taste
6 oz. linguine, cooked
2 c. roast beef or ham
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1 (2.5 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Toss and keep chilled until ready to serve. Can be made the night before. 4 servings.
