CHILICHUNGAS TOSTADO 
Sm. pork roast
4 bell pepper
2 lg. onions
1 sm. garlic bulb
8 oz. Mexican hot tomato sauce
8 oz. water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
Salt and pepper
30 oz. refried beans

Put all but beans in crockpot or Dutch oven (300 degrees). Cook until meat shreds and is very tender. Add beans when done, will be like thick soup. Place on fried tortilla, sprinkle with grated cheese and broil. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream and olives.
