APPLE SALAD 
1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 c. whip cream
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 stick butter
4 lg. apples

Sift flour and sugar together. Add to pineapple, cream and butter. Cook until thick. Let cool. Peel apples and dice. Add apples, nuts and cherries to pineapple mixture. Cook on medium heat and stir. Keep refrigerate until ready to serve.
