BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Cook and drain macaroni according to package. Melt butter. Mix in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook until thick and bubbly. Stir in milk. Cook until mixture starts to boil. Add 1 1/4 cups of Cheddar cheese. Combine macaroni and cheese sauce and pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
