POTATOES SUPREME 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. southern style frozen hash browns
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 c. sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients except potatoes, bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter in large bowl. Stir well to mix. Stir in potatoes and place mixture in a 9 x 11 inch buttered baking dish.

Combine remaining 2 tablespoons butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake for 1 hour.
