HOT POTATO BAKE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (Southern Style)
1 pt. cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion, chopped
2 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes cereal

Mix cream and soup together so that it's real creamy. Mix this together with potatoes, cheese, onions, 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper in 9x13 inch pan. Cover with flakes (not finely crushed). Pour 1/4 cup melted butter on top. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Very tasty!
