2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
10 drops Tabasco sauce
18 thin sm. onion slices

Combine beef, bread crumbs, 2/3 cup catsup, chopped onion, eggs, salt, pepper, 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke and 5 drops Tabasco sauce; mix well. Shape into 6 individual loaves. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake in moderate heated oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Combine remaining 2/3 cup catsup, 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke and 5 drops Tabasco sauce. Heat. Drizzle sauce over loaves and top with thin onion slices. Serve with additional sauce. Yield 6 loaves, 6 servings.
