MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. nuts

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, and soda. Add nuts and cocoa. If not moist, add a little milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Immediately cover with large jar of marshmallow creme. Let cake set 1/2 day or overnight before adding icing.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together; put on cake when cool.
