3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil

Dump all in 9x13 pan. Stir with fork. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
