CINNAMON KNOTS 
6 c. flour
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 eggs

Heat water, butter and sugar. Add milk and cool to lukewarm. Add well beaten eggs, salt and yeast, (dissolved in a little lukewarm water). Pour into flour and mix well. Makes a very soft dough. Let rise until double in size, do not knead. Roll 1/2" thick on floured surface. Cut into 1" wide strips, 6" long. Dip in melted 1/4 cup butter and then mixture of 1 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cinnamon. Tie into knots. Let rise 1 hour in muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
