VEAL SUPREME 
3 1/2 lb. veal scallopini
2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 cartons (1/2 pt.) heavy cream
6-7 tomatoes, peeled & cut into wedges
Parmesan cheese

Coat veal with seasoned flour. Brown in butter; transfer to casserole, salt and pepper to taste and lightly sprinkle with paprika. Saute mushrooms, salt and pepper. Place on top of veal. Pour cream over and arrange tomato wedges around edge. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 10.
