MEATLOAF SUPREME 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Saltine cracker crumbs
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
2 strips bacon

In large bowl, combine ground chuck, egg, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In separate bowl, combine tomato sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Reserve 1/4 cup tomato mixture for top of loaf; pour remainder over meat mixture. Add cracker crumbs and mix thoroughly. With rolling pin, roll out to 1 inch thickness. Place green beans and cheese in center of meat and roll up to form loaf. Press seams together and place in baking dish. Top with bacon and reserved tomato sauce mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.

This meatloaf recipe is great! I changed it however. Didn't do the green bean or bacon part. I kept everything else the same except for the topping. Instead, I mixed equal parts of tomato paste and karo syrup together to equal the 1/4 cup of topping this recipe suggests. It turned out wonderful! Thanks very much for this basic meatloaf recipe!
