SALAD SUPREME 
Lettuce
Frozen peas (thawed)
Mushrooms (fresh)
Broccoli (fresh)
Cauliflower (fresh)
Green onions (chopped)
Carrots (fresh, chopped)
Green peppers (chopped)
Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
Optional: mix sour cream with salad dressing
Parmesan cheese sprinkle
Crumbled bacon
Fresh tomatoes (cubed)
Hard boiled eggs
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Alternate layers of lettuce, peas, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, green onions, carrots, and green peppers to the desired height of the container. Spread salad dressing mixture over the top layer with a rubber spatula. Cover mixture with Parmesan cheese sprinkle. Refrigerate 4 hours (or overnight).

Just before serving, add crumbled bacon, cubed tomatoes, cubed or sliced hard boiled eggs, and shredded Cheddar cheese to the top of the salad.
