PECAN TASSIES 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Yield: 48 servings. Pan size: miniature muffin. Preheat: 350 degrees.

Combine flour, softened butter and cream cheese in bowl; mix well. Chill for a few hours in refrigerator. Shape into 48 1 inch balls. Press over bottom and side of greased miniature muffin cups. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spoon into tart shells. Bake for 25 minutes.
