PECAN TASSIES 
2 sticks of sweet butter
6 oz. cream cheese
2 c. flour

FILLING:

2 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, cream cheese and flour into dough and chill. Combine filling ingredients and set aside. Take dough from refrigerator and form into small balls. Place each ball into the cups of a mini muffin pan. Press each dough ball into the cup to form a shell or cup. Fill each dough cup about 3/4 full with the pecan filling. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen tassies.
