PECAN TASSIES - CREAM CHEESE
TARTS
 
DOUGH:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

FILLING:

2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese, flour and butter and put in small tins the size of a walnut and spread on bottom and up sides of tins.

FILLING: Pour into tart shells. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake 17 minutes at 350 degrees and then 10 minutes at 250 degrees or 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
