BEEF MARINATE 
1/3 c. ketchup
3/4 c. dry red wine
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. crumbled rosemary
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate MSG
1/4 tsp. pepper
Crushed clove garlic, optional

Mix all ingredients well. Marinate at least 12 hours, turning about every 3 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. Works well on eye of round.
