DEEP DISH PIZZA 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Ripe olives, a few
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 green pepper, cut into rings
Green olives, a few

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Saute ground chuck, chopped onions, chopped green peppers in heavy skillet until there is no red in meat and vegetables are tender. Drain fat. Set aside 1 tablespoon oil. Saute sliced mushrooms, pepper rings until slightly tender; set aside.

Cover crust with sauce. Add meat. Top with mushrooms, pepper rings, chopped olives if desired. Cover with Mozzarella cheese, grated. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Do not burn the cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.

VEGETARIAN DEEP DISH PIZZA: Use 1 1/2 cups Vegetarian Burger or Redi-burger or other meat analogues. Sauce: 1 can pizza sauce. Cheese: 1 to 1 1/2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese.
