CHICKEN BREASTS ELAINE 
4 lg. chicken breasts
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. white wine

Wash chicken; pat dry and salt and pepper to taste. Place in baking dish, skin side up. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add marmalade and heat until bubbling. Remove from heat and add wine. Pour sauce over chicken. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake about 40 minutes. Baste chicken twice.
