LARRY'S GOULASH | |
3 lbs. beef, 1/2 cubes 2 med. bay leaves 1 lg. onion, diced coarse 2 tbsp. paprika 5 med. carrots, sliced 1/4 med. cabbage, chopped 1 lg. can tomatoes 3 cans Campbell's beef bouillon or homemade beef stock 1 can chicken stock 4 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. ground black pepper 1 pinch red pepper Saute beef until browned. Add flour and stir. In large pot add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, add meat and flour. Simmer for 2 hours. Do not boil! Serve with homemade wheat bread. 4 large serving. |
