TEXAS HASH 
1 small onion
1 tbsp. oil
green pepper
1 can chopped tomatoes
1/2 can water
1 c. rice
1 lb. hamburger, cooked

Cut onion in rings. Brown in oil. Add pepper, diced fine. Add can of chopped tomatoes and stir all together on medium heat. Add cooked, drained hamburger. Add 1/2 can water and 1 cup of rice. Mix all together and place in oven in iron skillet or baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes and serve while hot.
