TO FREEZE COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 green pepper
3 stalks celery, chopped fine

Let cabbage and salt set 1 hour, then squeeze to get rid of excess moisture. Add green pepper and celery.

SYRUP:

1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Boil for 1 minute. Cool, then pour over shredded cabbage mixture. Mix and freeze.
