1 loaf frozen bread
1 lb. hot sausage, cooked & drained
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. grated Romano cheese
1 egg

Allow bread to thaw and rise several hours. Roll out about as thin as a slice of bread and coat with beaten egg. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Roll up and let rise. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until golden brown. Slice and eat.
