SAUSAGE BREAD 
3/4 to 1 lb. hot sausage
1 pkg. frozen bread dough, thawed
2-3 green peppers, sliced thin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten well

Beat eggs in large bowl, add cheese, set aside. Brown sausage (either use patties and break apart, or squeeze filling out of casing). Saute peppers with sausage until tender. Drain; add to egg mixture.

Place bread dough on floured surface, flatten into rectangle. Place filling onto dough and roll up carefully. Place onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
