DAN'S CHICKEN (LOW CALORIE) 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/3 c. Parmesano cheese

GRAVY:

1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

In 3 sprout bags make 3 mixtures. In bag #1 put 1 egg, milk. In bag #2 put flour, parsley, pepper & paprika. In bag #3 put crushed corn flakes and cheese. Shake each chicken breast in bag #1, then #2 then back in #1 then in #3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

To make gravy mix butter and flour to make a roux, then add remaining ingredients.
