PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix in bowl, the brown sugar, flour, salt and pie spice. Add the pumpkin, milk and slightly beaten eggs. Stir until smooth. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie crust.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. This was one of Janice Odom's recipes.
