SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES 
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Cinnamon-sugar

Measure flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt; sift. Measure shortening and sugar and mix. Then add eggs. Mix all together, then refrigerate for about 3 hours. Roll into balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
