MELON WITH HONEY & LEMON 
2 cantaloupe melons
2 honeydew melons
1 lemon
1/4 c. honey

Cut melon into balls. Squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from the lemon and stir in honey. Toss with melon. Any melons can be used for this recipe and can be made hours before your picnic. 6 servings. Calories 257; 4 grams protein, 1 gram fat, 60 mg sodium, 66 grams carbohydrates, 9 grams cholesterol.
