MOTHER'S PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. mashed pumpkin or squash
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
1/3 tsp. cloves
2/3 tsp. ginger (pumpkin spice)
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake in a 350 degree oven until done (knife comes out clean). Cool, serve with whipped cream or ice cream. This can also be made into a custard, just bake in a deep casserole.
