BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. butter
Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese, (American, Longhorn or Cheddar)

Beat eggs, add thawed broccoli, flour, butter and cottage cheese. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
