QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) elbow macaroni 8 oz. jar pizza sauce 8 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese 4 oz. sliced pepperoni, cut in halves 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/2 tsp. basil leaves 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain. In 2 quart casserole combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese; blend well. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 6. NOTE: One pound wieners, cut into 1/2" slices, 4 ounces Canadian bacon, cut in 1/2" pieces or 1/2 pound of ground beef, browned, can be substituted for the pepperoni. |
