SCALLOPED SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen chopped spinach, bring to room temperature for 1/2 hour
1 1/3 c. or 1 sm. carton sm. curd cottage cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 c. American cheese, grated
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt

Put spinach in food processor. Process. Combine cheeses, eggs, and butter. Add spinach, salt and flour. Put into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
