SCALLOPED CARROTS CASSEROLE 
2 bunches carrots, sliced
1 med. onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
6 oz. cheese, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. celery salt
3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Steam carrots, saute onion in butter, stir in flour and seasoning. Blend in milk. Arrange layer of carrots and layer of cheese. Pour sauce over top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
