CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix in rest of ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven in greased jelly roll pan for 25 minutes. Refrigerate 20 minutes.

Layer 2:
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Dash of green food coloring

Spread over cooled Brownies. Refrigerate 20 minutes.

Layer 3:
1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Melt butter and chips. Pour over second layer and refrigerate. Cut into small bars.
