CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
Sinfully chocolate! A St. Patrick's Day favorite, unbelievably delicious!!

FIRST LAYER:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. (16 oz.) chocolate syrup
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c.chopped nuts

Cream 1/2 cup butter with 1 cup sugar. Add chocolate syrup, beaten eggs, vanilla, flour and nuts. Pour into buttered 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3 tbsp. Creme de Menthe

Cream powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter and Creme de Menthe together. Spread on chocolate layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter

Melt chocolate chips and 3/4 cup butter. Cool slightly and spread on green layer, but don't swirl. Cool and cut into squares.
