CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

CREME DE MENTHE LAYER:

3/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. dry instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tbsp. creme de menthe liqueur
Approximately 3 c. powdered sugar

Or use as much as needed to mix frosting to desired consistency.

1 recipe of your favorite chocolate frosting

Melt 1 cup butter and unsweetened chocolate together. Add eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and salt. Bake in greased pan at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool.

Prepare creme de menthe mixture and spread over first layer. Top off the creme de menthe layer with your favorite chocolate frosting. Enjoy!
