PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted table fat
1 c. pecan meats
Oven baked 9 in. pastry shell

Spread nuts in bottom of shell. Pour in filling. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
