BAKE STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
1/2 c. flour
Salt to taste

Cut round steak into serving size pieces. Flour the steak and brown in small amount of shortening; drain off fat. Add water and bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. When baked, take out meat. Add cornstarch for gravy or add water and put noodles in the broth; cook until tender.
