APRICOT STREUSEL 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream

Mix together well. Divide into 3 parts. Wrap and put in refrigerator overnight. Roll each piece very thin on floured board. Spread each piece with apricot jam and coconut. Roll up. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
