ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered (14 oz. can in water)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1 can green chilies (4 oz.), Mexican section of food store
1 bag plain tortilla chips

Drain artichokes. Chop artichokes and green chilies finely. Mix remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Dip with tortilla chips.
