CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (7 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Sift all dry ingredients. Cream shortening with sugars. Blend in eggs one at a time. Add crushed pineapple. Add flour mixture and water alternating between the two. Add vanilla and chocolate chips. Bake in cupcake cups at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
