CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter; press firmly on bottom of a 9 or 10 inch spring-form pan.

1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
3 eggs

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Stir chips into cheese mixture and pour into crust. Sprinkle 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes or until set in center.
